Very poor. Connecting is difficult, range is very poor. Not for for purpose

The wifi connection is not intuitive and required multiple attempts to get it linked. The functions of the app are pretty basic and are only extensions of the outlanders onboard monitor. The manual pre heating is about the only function worth having, but if you start it up you can't shut it off until the duration is complete. - There should be a setting to not control the cabin temp but to simply condition the battery for ev only use. It would be nice to view the battery usage and charge data.

Childishly simple to remove old paired phones and connect a new phone as long as some very basic instructions are followed. Easy to check the car status and set up or initiate charging, cooling and heating as required. For an app that is provided free of charge it's a doddle to use and very useful.

App is stuck in daylight saving so it's +1 to the time on the car. Every remote request fails completely, it doesn't with at the time on the car, doesn't work at the time on the app. It transfers across fine, but it doesn't charge

Rose Rodent

Works well enough if you are close to the car, why not allow the car to connect to your home network so you can connect and maybe even tell Alexa to turn on the defrost? How about some rules? 'if' temperature = <4° 'and' day = weekday 'and' charge status = true - turn on defrost at 07:45 for 15 minutes.

Won't connect without a horrible excuse of a error code get it fixed

Such a bad start. It is pretty tideous to connect to your car and even when you do so, it fails to update the battery charge status and you get error messages when switching pages. I only had the car for 4 days and I'm pretty unimpressed. At -6 celcius the battery doesn't last more then 20 ish km. This is pretty ridiculous.

Sidney Cote Nadon

It's just so bad. The amount of buttons I have to press to turn on the climate control is ridiculous. That's if the app decides to actually connect to the car.

Chris Tye

Frustrating beyond belief... The company should try using a focus group of individuals and ask them to set up the app on their phones and make it work. I cannot tell you how much I hate the experience of becoming an Outlander owner.
